I will have a 4 day park hopper (plus some Water Park/DQ days) for President's week 2008. Is there any way to strategize what parks are best on certain days? Is it best to avoid EMH during this week? Any tips would be very appreciated!

This past Feb was our first trip during Prez week, and it was pretty crowded. AK was maxed out a couple of the days that week, and by far the most crowded park during our stay. MGM seemed more crowded in the PM than the AM, but Epcot an the MK were about the same the whole time. By mid morning the waits were already over an hour for most of the good rides, and FP's almost gone for Soar'n. Also, be perpared for ANY type of weather. We went from freezing to frying that week. Have a great trip:thumbsup:

I agree with the assessment above about the weather... this past year (during Pres Week) was tough!

We go during President's Week almost every year; we find it a very nice time to go down there as it's not insane like Christmas or Easter, but with the crowds they do have, hours are extended and all attractions are open (meaning "seasonal" attractions).

The weather is usually quite pleasant - sunny (not much in the way of rain) and warm - not hot! :thedolls: This past year was tough the first few days as it was (literally) freezing in the evening. :freeze:

There are large crowds, so make good use of FP and get to the parks early. That's the way we handle it - we enjoy the resorts after lunch and (usually) head to EPCOT for dinner.

Good luck to you! And enjoy! :mickey:
