We are going in October and even though the new Yak & Yeti restaurant is scheduled to be opened, they aren't accepting ADRs yet. Does anyone have an idea when they will start accepting Priority Seating?

Yak & Yeti restaurant (Animal Kingdom) expected to open approximately 10/9/07.
(Reservations are not being taken yet, however.)

Is it supposed to be a buffet or character dining or just a table service restaurant?

Yak & Yeti will offer both table service and counter service meals. No character meals are planned. Not sure however, if it will offer a buffet. I do know that it's not going to be on the DDP.

Does anyone have an idea when they will start accepting Priority Seating?Just a guestimation, but I would not expect them to start accepting much before Late August.

They want to be sure that they will be ready to honor reservations no later (or sooner) than the first date they set, as they are building this restaurant they will likely not be sure till construction nears completion.

Stay tuned to INTERCOT for the latest, as soon as reservations are available we will post the information. :thumbsup:
