Disney Careers Web Site

Has anyone here applied for a job using the Disney Careers web site? If so, have you had any luck getting an interview or, better yet, an offer?

I work in IT as a programmer analyst and am interested in working for The Walt Disney Company. I applied for a couple jobs on the Disney Careers site several weeks ago, but I haven't heard anything. Is this typical? If the job is filled by someone else, is that noted on the web site somewhere?

Disney as a company is pretty good at hiring from within. It keeps expenses down. They also normally don't offer any relocation assistance, unless it's a job they can't fill internally. So unless you are local to the area you are applying for, chances are they will just bypass those. They go in the TNT file. Thanks, No Thanks...
