Where do I find the the parade and firework schedules for each park?

What you want is a "Times Guide". Very useful.

Family Fun Parade: Early afternoon (3 or 4X)
Dreams Come True Parade: 3 PM
Spectro Magic: 9 PM (sometimes 11 PM also)
Wishes: 10 PM

Epcot
IllumiNations: 9 PM

MGM
Stars and Motor Cars Parade: 3 PM
Fantasmic!: 9 PM (sometimes 10:30 PM also)

AK
Jammin' Jungle Parade: 4 PM

Certain special days, like 4th of July, will change things, but just check out the infocentral button on this site and click on "events." That will give you the most recent updates and variations.
