The world's most popular cricket website was sold to Disney's US sports network ESPN yesterday.
Cricinfo, which has more than seven million users a month, gives ball-by-ball updates on Test matches. It merged with Wisden.com in 2003.
Wisden said it was selling to focus on Hawk-Eye - the technology used in cricket and tennis to track the path of the ball - which it bought for £4.4million last year.
