Where do I go to exchange my AP certificates for the "real" passes? Can I get the passes for my family or does everybody need to be there "in person" to receive the passes?

Take the voucher to Guest Relations at the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney-MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach or Downtown Disney to exchange for the actual Annual Passes.

We just exchanged our certificates last month. Everyone will have to be there and they need to have ID's with them as well.
