Dining plan first-timer - advice?

We've just decided to do the dining plan for the first time on our trip this September. We've already got four adrs set, but are thinking of trying to switch two around and make one more - think it'll be too late with free dining offered?

We're staying at OKW on rented points, so are paying for the plan. Any advice from previous users?

It might be too late but why not call and ask? There are occasional unexpected openings. You never know. Best wishes with it!
