Bus number listings?

I was wonder if there was a list for each park on what number stop each resort was? I thought it would be nice to know for those resort hopping like me. Makes it easier then having to walk all the way to the resort number listing sign then back to the right bus stop that you wanted to go.

I don't know if there is something you can look at ahead of time, but the bus stops are all clearly marked with signs.
