Which has better fish and chips--Yorkshire in Epcot or Columbia Harbor House in MK?

Columbia Harbor House servers a processed fish. More the fast food type. Don't get me wrong, I like their fish. The fish served at Yorkshire is more authentic English fare. If you want real fish and chips (or close to it) go to Yorkshire.
I consider myself something of a fish and chips expert. I flipped fish at Arthur Treachers Fish and Chips for 3 years. (Does anyone want to know the SECRET Ingredient used in Arthur Treachers Fish? I can be bought..)

I loved the fish at Yorkshire. The fish at CHH was good but not as wonderful as Yorkshire. And if you want to give that recipe out for free I'd love to hear about it:thumbsup:

Sorry, I'm easy but not CHEAP.
To get the secret out of me will require some serious cash. It might cost upwards of 5 CENTS.

I've never had authentic English fare before--exactly what does that mean?

Also, here's your five cents, plus a bonus! :funny:
