Are you charged for extra people in addition to family, say my daughter brings a friend???

Not as long as you don't exceed the total number of guests allowed for the room size you select.

Thank you for contacting Members Services.

You may have up to a total of 5 guests and a child under the age of 3 in
a one bedroom vacation home. We do not supply extra bedding, however
there is no charge for the extra person.

Please advise the names of all guests in your Vacation Home, this will
expedite you check in.
