I meant to post this when I got back from Disney this past February.

During my trip, Northern Florida had a cold spell. The highs for some of the days was only 56 degrees; but it was 100% sunny.
So, did I go swimming with my kids? Heck YES!

In fact the pool temperature was 25 degrees warmer than the air temperature. It was just a little unpleasant when we got out of the pool.

So, who else has taken a dive into the pools when the temp was below 70 degrees? I'd love to hear your war stories.

In Oct 2005 right after Hurricane Wilma swept through, the temps dropped to the low sixties(fifties in the evening) and my kids still went in the pool. I stayed out of the water then but got back in once the temps rose to seventies again. In the water, it is nice, but the breeze once you get out? It's not for me. But good for you!

We went swimming once in early May at night. It was chilly when we got out. I wasn't so happy to have that fourth floor room when I was running to ti:blush:

Back in 2000 when we went to WDW for X-mas it was only in the 50's. We went swimming at TL and the water was nice and warm.
