Hope everyone here in the US had a good holiday. It was certainly a beautiful weekend here in the east. Of course, I hope those of you in the UK, Canada and elsewhere also had a good weekend.

Back to business. Today we go to Epcot's Future World and to Mission:Space. Which experience do you go for: Orange team, Green team or do you refuse to ride it entirely?

For those that haven't been there recently: Orange team is the original Mission:Space ride, complete with the spinning centrifuge. Green team is the milder ride...no spinning.

Y100Q43 will appear in Accommodations, most likely on Wednesday.

Orange team for sure. Even my kids loved it at age 5. Lots of fun.

I'll probably try out the green team next trip when my youngest DD rides for the first time, though.

Haven't actually had the chance to ride the green team yet. I voted for it because when I ride Mission Space again, I will have to ride the green team. The orange makes me feel bad the rest of the day. I'm glad Disney came up with a way for everyone to experience this awesome ride!:mickey:

Love the Orange team!!! But I find that as I get older, it is harder and harder for my stomach and head to tolerate.

I voted for Orange Team, because that's all I have tried, but quite frankly, I didn't care for it too much. :ack:

I always ride the Orange Team!!!! It does make me dizzy but I have never had any problems afterwards. I think it is the closest I will ever get to a real space trip.

Green-- haven't ridden it yet, but when I do I'm going to break myself in easily rather than jump head first.

I haven't had a chance to ride either (I was in the eleventy billion hour line for TT instead), but when I do, I'll go orange. I like thrill rides, even though I have a little more motion sickness of the spinny stuff as I get older. I would have to try it all the way at least once.

I did not vote cause I did not even go near the ride the last 2 times Ive been there. With getting older those rides do not agree with me and my head. But now that I know that there is a milder one with no spinning I will try it next time.

I have to admit that I am one of those "will not ride" people. Not that I don't like thrill rides but for some reason, the simulations always get to me  I can handle the :coaster: just fine but anything that spins or simulates, makes me want to :ack:

I like orange. I don't see it as that exciting w/o the spinning. I am very glad they did do both b/c I think ppl who do experience motion sickness should be included in the ride.

I have only ridden once. It was before the orange/green deliniation. It wasn't a horrible ride and I did not get sick. It just wasn't my kind of ride. Give me RnRC, E:E, BTMRR!

For me it's the green team. My first ride was the original, before there was even a choice. It's strange because I'm not usually prone to motion sickness, but the spin version had me walking sideways for a while. DD and I do the green side while DW and DS do the orange. My son takes great pleasure in being dis-respectful and calling his dad a big whimp.

Been there, done that and definitely NOT going back!!

I'm in the will not ride group. We did it back in '04 (before the "green team") and even though I didn't :ack:, I felt  for a quite some time afterwards! Almost ruined my Le Cellier dinner!!!

I've only been on the Green team version, so I voted for that. I love thrill rides and wanted to go on the Orange team, but between the majority of our group wanting to do green, and my wife-to-be (at the time), who didn't make the trip, thinking I'd become the next victim of Mission Space, I went with the Green.

I have ridden both sides and the Orange side made me want to :ack: and I felt lousy for the rest of the evening.
The Green side worked better for me but was not as thrilling.

At this point I probably won't go out of my way to ride either side, unless they change the ride movie clip to a different planet.

I loved riding on the orange team! Both times, I got to be the engineer. (I'm an engineer in "real" life, too.) DH braved it out for me but on the second time on the ride he held on to the space sickness bag the whole time. I think I will have to go green team for him next time so he doesn't get sick on me (or the other innocent passengers.)

Though I no longer am compelled to ride Mission: SPACE at all, I thought the new version was lame. I'll stick with the original, more intense attraction.

Dw and I have always been orange teamers, but MS is no longer a must do for us. It is a fun ride, but it doesn't draw us back like so many otherso do around Walt's World.

Orange team all the way!!! When I was a child I wanted to go to Space Camp. I have always wanted to go into space. I guess Mission:Space is the closest I'll ever come!!!

I have no desire to try this ride at all, green, orange, purple or red LOL I've heard too many stories of people losing their lunch  and I don't care if we are getting the dining plan for free, I'd prefer my food to stay in my belly.

Seriously, this ride has never, and probably will never, be on my list of must-do's. Just not up my alley.

That's one less person in line for all you MS fans!

I voted for will not ride. I have a terrible problem with motion sickness so riding this ride is not an option.

I have not been able to get myself on this ride yet so I voted will not ride. My DD and DH have ridden and liked it but were dizzy the rest of the day....so....not for me I think.

I have only ever ridden with the Orange team. Right after it opened, my son and I rode it and we both thought it was the best ride ever. Now, my husband and I both love it. The hard part about this year will be keeping my husband off of this ride or at least going with the Green team. He loves thrill rides, but has had a heart attack since we went to WDW last year. Maybe he will listen to me about not riding (I doubt it). Time will tell.

I voted for "will not ride"! I get motion sickness real easily and so I don't think this ride is for me. I've seen too many people coming out not looking so good!

I love this ride, however my DH was so motion sick he won't even go near it. My DS hasn't been on it yet, but I can't wait for him to experience the full version.
