New Italian Restaurant in Epcot

We are going to be in Disney World for the Christmas holiday and so we won't be able to go to Alfredo's for dinner. Does anyone know if the new restaurant scheduled to replace Alfredo's is part of the dining plan?

The full fledged "new" restaurant will not be open by this Christmas.

Starting in September the Patina Group will be operating the current location under an intermittent concept.

It has been internally announced that the full fledged replacement will be on the Dining Plan; however, specifics of this intermittent version have not been made clear. It would be reasonable to assume the intermittent location will be part of the plan since the final version will be.

The intermittent version has been described to "showcase similar Italian fare from some of [Patina's] premiere Italian restaurants".
