Passholder Login Help

I'm trying to log in to the Disney passholder site and it keeps telling my I have an invalid passholder number. I can't see any other numbers I should be putting in and I can't find any way to contact Disney such as a contact us icon.

Any suggestions?

I contacted [email protected] when I had trouble. I provided them the numbers on the back of my pass and they responded with the real info I needed to put on the site to gain access.
