Is there a place at WDW to get your ear pierced?

that is a very good question... i never that to get it done at WDW... i want some more piercings and DH doesn't want me to get them... but on a trip it would be "special" and i could count it as my gift... i know that they do not at the world of disney but i don't know if there is a place.... get idea though!
