Countdown Plans

We are getting close to our one month before we leave countdown. Does anyone do anything special to help you count down the final weeks/days until you leave for your trip?:mickey:

We've made 'Disney Dinners" in the past. We obtained recipes (under info central) and had some memorable dinners to help get us thru till the next trip.:D

We do "Disney Movie Mondays" since Mondays are so "ugh" to begin with. We take turns picking the Disney flick of the week, and before you know it, it's time to pack up and hit the highways or skies, whatever the case is!

not sleep very well, because it is almost disney time.

We ususally watch some Disney movies and look at alot of pictures we have taken over the years from past trips.

This may be really crazy but we start at the double diget time (99 days) and each week we watch a Disney movie and we make a paper chain (like some do at Christmas) and tear off a link for each day. We took the slips of paper to make our links and we wrote funny memories or things we are going to do this year on each link and then when we tore them off, we had a fun thing to think about. One year I made the chain myself and wrote down all the memories so it was a surprise for everyone. And then another year the kids helped make the chain and that was fun for all of us!
