Does Disney have anything that compares to Charleys Steakhouse?

Mainly steaks for that matter. I think they're aged and smoked. Any restaurants on property use the same method?

1) Shula's is pretty good - a nice restaurant chain.
2) Yachtsman is a good second.
3) Everything else is tied for a distant third.

NOTE: Although many guests rate WDW steak eateries well, professional restaurant reviewers pretty much agree the steaks are average.
