Which is better for fish & chips, Cooke's of Dublin in DD, or Yorkshire Fish Shop in Epcot? We've eaten at Yorkshire several times but we haven't made it to Cooke's yet and we wondered which everyone thinks is best.

We went to Cooke's last year because Yorkshire closed unexpectedly the day before our arrival. I was panicking as Yorkshire is an absolute must for me. I needn't have worried - Cooke's was excellent. I'm still not sure the fried candy bar should be legal - it was entirely too sweet and deep-fried for us, but at least now we can say we've tried one. What we liked about Cooke's was the indoor seating (we went at an off time, so no problem finding a table) and the fact that the menu had more to offer (DH doesn't eat fish, but was quite happy with the chicken on a stick option.

Bottom line for us - give Cooke's a try if you are in the DTD neighborhood, which frees up an Epcot CS to try something different.

Cookes is better, plus they have scallops, sausages, and mmmmm, doh bars.
