Question re: IPO

We're staying in the Tower Club of the Contemporary end of November - beginning of December. Does anyone know generally when the IPO will send us the form for our dining requests? I did try to email them directly several days ago and asked if/when I could provide my preferred ADR's to be booked at the 180 day mark, but they have not responded. My past experience w/calling them is to get a voice mail and rarely a return call.

My experience with IPO is that it's hit or miss on whether you get anything from them up front. Not all the resorts even offer a pre-planning questionnaire. I've always just sent my requests along whenever I decide on them. They're able to put them into the computer system as a pending item and change them to confirmations when the booking window opens.

Unfortunately, the lack of a response seems to be an ongoing issue for some of the club levels.
