My Ds's are 11 and 14, and I was trying to decide if it would be worth getting tix for this (if still available). We've never done an actual party event, so I thought it might be fun. But are they too old do you think? I'd hate to have them rolling their eyes thinking this is just for little kids, especially when paying extra $ for it. They do love Disney though, and really enjoy the Pirate movies (can't wait for this next one!). Just curious if any teens had gone and really liked it.

Oh no, My wife and I went in January and there were all ages present. They will love the treasure hunts , parade and the fireworks were the best we have ever seen at WDW. These two young grandparents had a blast. We even snuck in some adult beverages. I did not say that. :secret:

From all that I have read by Intercotees, the parties have been a blast - for everyone! I wouldn't hesitate to book it.:mickey:

They will also probably enjoy the fact that the park is not as packed as it is during the day - at least not when we went on a Friday back in March - so we were able to walk right onto rides! That alone was worth the extra $!

Our kids are older(16 and 14), and they were quite willing to attend the Pirate and Princess party with us. Not for the special events, but for the time at the park with smaller crowds. Our tickets came yesterday and I was ridiculously excited to see them.

We have a 17, 16, 12 and 4 year old going with us in Aug. They enjoyed MVMCP in 2005. Well, except for the 16 year old who isn't one of the family. We're borrowing him for the next trip.

I took my two boys in Feb. They are 5 and 13. The 13 yo enjoyed it more than the 5 yo.
