EMH Questions??

I have the following questions:

1. How are the crowds Nov 3-11 for morning and evening EMHs in each of the parks?

2. How do the EMHs affect the crowd levels at each of the parks throughout the rest of the day?

3. Are FPs offered during the morning and evening EMHs?

I was there during a busy season, and Fast Passes were offered on some rides during the evening EMH. Space Mountain had them one of the two nights I did MK's EMH, but not Splash Mountain. I believe ToT and RnRC had them as well.
