Which Value resort building have been renovated?

Were the ASMu Calypso and Jazz the only buildings renovated? Or were they just the starting point because of the family suites?

We are staying at ASMu in Sept\ Oct and don't really care about the benefits of the preferred rooms but if they are the only ones renovated I may choose a preferred room for that reason.
