Thinking of renting from a DVC member. Is there alot of walking to get to these??? are they near pool or can anyone give me a link for pic or a map.

Also, how is boat service to MK as we go there almost daily. :cloud9:

No, the villas are right beside the main lodge. Very convenient. It is about a 3 minute walk to the pool and bus stop. Also there is a smaller, quiet pool located next to the villas. Maybe 5 minute walk to the boat dock for transportation to the MK or Contemporary.

Great question. Request a pool view on the first floor to be assured of being close to the main hotel. We requested a water view on our first time there and had the last room on the 5th floor at the end. It was a long walk, and you could not see through the trees to Bay Lake. The pool rooms are great and a short 2 minute walk to the main lobby, marina, walking path. The villas are a seperate building, very quiet, and relaxing. The Iron Spike Room is a great place to relax with an adult beverage in front of the hearth. We love it there. I prefer it to the main hotel.

Everything is pretty close to the villas except maybe the food court since it's at the far end of the main building.
