Trouble with Disney site

Is anyone else having trouble pulling up their reservation in the "My Disney Vacation" section of the official Disney website? I've never tried it before. We even called and had them correct the phone number, but it still says we're not putting in something right. (We've tried both numbers.)

Did you book the reservation yourself, or did you book through a travel agent? If you booked through a travel agent, you won't be able to view the reservation as it actually "belongs" to them.
