I use the "contact us" link at the bottom of the official WDW website. I've always gotten a response from this link although sometimes it takes a little while.

The resort pages on INTERCOT also offer addresses for the WDW properties. You might want to write to your resort management directly if there were any problems regarding your stay. I'm sorry you have complaints and concerns! That's always a shame.

I have found an address. Overall, our vacation was great. We were just not very impressed with somethings that happened (and didn't happen) at POR. Thanks again!
