Pirate Princess Tickets?

Was wondering if anyone could give me info on the Pirate Princess Event that will be held on August 28th & 31st? We will be there that week and wanted to know if it was worth it, and what ticket prices are usually like for the event. I know they go on sale June 1st, but wanted to hear some feedback from those who have BTDT.

We went to it in February and I thought it was worth it...if for nothing else but for the great parade and the fireworks show.

Is the party geared more for children? I will be at the MK for my birthday on the 24th and none of us are below 30. Will we still enjoy it if we get tickets?

We are going on 8/31 and only 2 of the 8 are under 16. 4 of us are 40+, well, one turns 40 right after we get back.
