I would like to go to this restaurant for just dessert. Can you do that? What time is the best time to make reservations for to see the fireworks from the restaurant? Thanks. Only 21 days to go!!!

What time is the best time to make reservations for to see the fireworks from the restaurant? Most try to schedule a reservation 2 1/2 - 2 hours prior to the fireworks time for that night.

You may run into an issue though trying to see the fireworks while just doing dessert.

2 hours would be quite a while to eat dessert, but you may not be able to be seated in time at later reservation due to dinner goers who intend on watching the fireworks and made earlier reservations ....

What you may want to consider is doing dessert at an earlier time and then viewing the fireworks from the observation deck after you have finished. The observation deck is reserved for patrons of the restaurant that evening, but you need not be currently in the process of eating a meal to use it.

If you would like to explore the rest of the Contemporary in between dessert and the fireworks, Guests have reported that you can access to the observation deck by showing your receipt from that evening to the hostess when re-entering.
