Are bed rails available? If so, how shall I go about requesting them?

You just need to request it with your stateroom host/hostess. They'll set it up for each night during turndown.

Mine were already in my room. Perhaps because I had a 2 and 4 year old.

We let them know when we booked the cruise that we'd need them for the 2 year old. The only problem was our steward kept putting them on MY bed.
