So, I was just wondering if anyone knows: is Spaceship Earth going to close during its change? We are planning a trip in December and that is my DHs favorite ride. :santa:

Yes, it will be closed during renovations.
Here are the dates:

Walt Disney World Operations have announced the following closure dates for the Attraction refurbishment of Spaceship Earth:

May 7 - 10, 2007
June 22 - 23, 2007

The Global Neighborhood no longer exists, but yes, Project Tomorrow will remain open. This was told to me a management-looking cm in the area a few days before it opened.

Global Neighborhood is definitely a better name, but I'm glad Project Tomorrow will remain open.
