Crowds in September are low overall ,and I think the MNSSHP crowds in September are lower in general, too.

If you went on Halloween night then you more than likely saw a sold out crowd. I think they sell out every Halloween. So, if this is true, and the crowd didn't seem bad to you, I don't think it will be any worse and probably a little better.

Well as long as they clear the park of non party guests this year it should be fine. We went last year on the first date of the party before they added the early Sept dates. It was worse than being there during the day. We saw all kinds of people walking around andstanding by us watching hallowishes without wristbands. What is the point of spending the extra money if they are not going to clear the park of day guests. It was so bad we didn't even get to trick or treat. We saw the coach, saw the villains show, fireworks, parade and then left because it was so packed. So unless they plan to clear the park i seriously doubt I'll be going this yr.

They no longer clear the park like the use to do but rather have CMs checkinmg people for wristbands at strategic areas of the park. If you don't have a wristband you will be asked to leave and in some cases even escorted from the park.
