What's Next to CBR?

If you go on Google Earth, there seems to be a resort hotel just east of the Trinidad North and South sections of the Caribbean Beach Resort. Does anyone know what it is?

It's never listed on a Disney resort map.

I think it's Bonnet Creek. It's not on or owned by Disney.
