Cinco de Mayo in Mexico

Will there be anything special in Epcot's Mexico for Cinco de Mayo? That will be our 1st day in the World and it is also my b-day. I had tentatively planned on MK that day and have ADR's at Liberty Tree Tavern but might change if there will be a special celebration in Mexico.:marg:

Typically the pavilion has done small activities, but this year there appears to be a bit more going on as the Flower and Garden festival is using it as one of it's "weekend themes"
