We're thinking of a lunch at the Coral Reef in October? Is it necessary to make ADRs for lunch?

Thanks

We went last october, and had lunch at the Coral Reef. We had adr's, and still had to wait 20 minutes. I really don't know if a walk up would have gotten seated. Good luck and enjoy.

There are certain restaurants at WDW, Coral Reef included, that you should make an ADR for as they have limited seating capacity. Back on earlier trips, we tried to "wing it" for lunch and never did have much luck. Now I'd rather change an ADR the night before (or two nights before) rather than miss out on a dining experience we wanted to have.

Yes make ADRs and I recommend the first seating and to arrive about 10 - 15 minutes early...that was the only time we did not have to wait very long and we actually got a seat next to the tank!
