My father and I will be going in Sept 07, and I am hoping someone can help me... I really want to do the Polynesian Alaho Dinner Show however after much planning etc etc we only have 2 ticket left for the dining plan... Is it possible for us to use the 2 tickets and then pay for the difference? We have used the dining plan in the past however we have never come to this type of situation and this I am not to sure of.. Any help in this topic would be much appreciated..
Thank you,
A big fan of Disney and a guest that will be travling there on Sept 20th.....

Since the dining credits are pooled per room, you're two credits left would be used for one person and you would pay out of pocket for one person. Shouldn't be a problem at all.

You can pay for any meal out of pocket. Check out the average prices of the meals at the other restaurants to see if it would be better to pay OOP for the any of the other meals as opposed to the price of the dinner show.
For instance: If a character meal costs $20 ($40 for the 2 of you) and the Dinner show costs $60 ($120 for the 2 of you), then I would pay for the character meal and use those 2 TS credits you saved for the Dinner show.Because the TS credit at the character meal would be $20, but that same TS credit would be worth $30 at the show. It takes a little investigation but you can save a little money that way (to spend on souvenirs!)
