Payment at the food carts

I'm not doing the dining plan. We usually just eat during mealtime. However, if we want an occassional snack at a cart, such as a dolewhip, do they only take cash? Or, are you able to charge from those to your room?
I know at the TS you could charge to your room. Are you able to charge to your room at the CS? TIA!

you can use your room charge anywhere that has a cash register, so any of the cs or gift shops take your room card as a credit card.

Aloha Isle (with the Dole Whips) is a regular building, so they definitely take your room keys.

The only places that may not be able to charge your purchase (and they are getting fewer and farther between) are some of the little roll around/free standing "carts" or roving vendors at a show or parade.

We only saw a few carts this past trip that where unable to take anything but cash. They usually have a sign posted to this fact on the cart.
