AKL Villas question

Does anyone know when we can book AKL Villas? We would like to do a 2 bedroom concierge in February. What types of rooms are they going to have available this fall? Is getting a 2 bdrm concierge in February even possible or will they be building these types of rooms when they start the second phase? Thanks for any info!

I just called Member Services and found out that if we purchase AKL Villas we can book starting May 15th. If we are booking using a different home resort we can start booking June 6th. Since there is nothing in the system yet there was no way of knowing what types of rooms are available in February. :(

Just wanted you to know that there will be lots of competition for the AKV conceirge rooms - there are only 5 of them. IIRC, they are all going to be lock off 2 bedrooms, so some of the 5 will be reserved as studios or 1 bedrooms. Only the lodge will have conceirge accomodations. None are planned for the villa building.

Better plan on calling MS day by day for your reservation as soon as it opens for the day (9 Eastern). I think getting one of those rooms will be even harder than it used to be to get breakfast at the castle! JMHO. YMMV.
