Wolfgang Puck upstairs dining

Hi, we booked upstairs dining (for a special occasion) at Woflgangs for next week. They called today to tell us that they have now rented the entire upstairs to a large party so we have been bumped. Doesn't seem right. Has this happened to anyone?

No it does not seem right.

Let me start this by saying that I love WDW. WDW is a business however and they will do what they need to make more money.

I would make sure they get you ADR's for a similar restaurant. I really think the days are gone where WDW would give you further compensation for something like this.

They are still going to get money for the evening plus your vacation money so it is no loss to them.

Entirely ludicrous. They didn’t offer anything? Just, “hey, you don’t have anyplace to eat now”.
