We were there last March and Donald was there, he didn't go table to table, he greeted everyone at the entrance.
Chip-n-Dale were also there and they went table to table.

He was roaming and greeting on March 10th with Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, and Pluto.

Since sometime in Nov, Donald has been permanently added and the chipmunks have been bid goodbye.

We were there for dinner in late January; no characters were greeting at the entrance, but all rotated throughout the dining areas. Donald, Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, and Goofy.

I am thrilled about this. I love Donald and last time I went to Brekfastosaurus just so we could see him...but wasn't impressed with food. Now that I know he is at Chef Mickey's I am excited. We have ADR's there twice during my upcoming trip!
