How Many are going to DW Columbus Week?

It seems that a lot of people are going to Disney in October but how many of you are going the week of Columbus Day as we are? What do you think the average wait time will be on the rides? 30 minutes or more? Anyone been during this week before?

This is our first trip, so I cannot answer any of your questions, but we will be there during this time. It was this week, Spring Break or during the summer, so I figured this was the best/least crowded option.

It's been quite a while since I've been during this time frame. The last time I went in October, I found it to be more crowded than I anticipated. I was told that this is the time of year that many tours come in from out of country as well.

I'd expect moderate crowds - potentially heavy crowds during the actual holiday weekend.
