dining plan alone

Can the dining plan be purchased without purchasing and entire package? We already have our tickets. We got the 10 day MYW tickets with park hopper and no expire. We also already have our reservations with no package connection.

The DDP can only be purchased with a package, unless you're DVC or using DVC points for a room. I wish they did offer it outside a package.
