We are heading to the world in October and my 180 day mark is on a Saturday..Do the cm's work on Saturday's? I was not sure if I should call at 7am. Any help is greatly appreciated. It also happens to fall on a day my husband and I have a previous engagement can my 16yo call for us? She will have our reservation number and all of our information.
Thanks, Tina

Yes, you can make reservations 7 days a week. And I don't think it would be a problem for your daughter to call. I have no idea why they would ask the age of the person calling as long as you have a reservation number.

I made reservations for my friends traveling at the same time as us. It shouldn't be a problem if your daughter calls for you.

I just called this morning on our 180 day mark and I felt kinda silly calling right at 7am. We are going Sept. 25-Oct. 2(low season) and there were only 3 times left for Le Cellar. We are going on a Tuesday before the F&W festival. I was surprised. I would call at 7am just to be safe. Good luck!!!:mickey:

Has anyone else been able to book their ADR's before your 180 mark? I am arriving on 9/26 and according to the PS calculator my the day I could call to make reservations was 3/30. Yesterday when I looked on the Disney website it was saying my vacation was 181 days away. Well if that was the case then my 180 mark would have been 3/29.

So I called Disney yesterday to check to see which day I should be calling. The CM said I could start making my ADR's now. What?!?! So I made all of my reservations yesterday! What is going on....

A lot depends on what you're booking. If you're looking for Cinderella's Royal Table breakfast (or Akershus) or maybe Le Cellier, it'll be important to get your ADR's as soon as you can. For many, many other places, there's no need to sweat it. I made 9 ADR's for this summer at about the 150+ day mark and got every one of them with no trouble

wdwnomad,
I have found using the Julian calendar dates to be useful. For instance, today 3/30 (89) is 180 days from 9/26 (269). But next month [April] - 4/30 is day #120 accd. to the Julian calendar (all of these dates are during non leap years). Sounds like a mixup happened and 3/30 became 4/30. We arrive not long after that and our 180-day mark is early April.

Yes, thank you for catching that. I fixed my dates. I meant March, not April.
