I read someplace else that the foodcourt at Port Orleans Riverside reopened on March 23.

Yes, it is open. I was there 2 days ago. It doesn't look too different - just more modern. The seating areas are exactly the same. They have 4 places to order food - the bakery, grill, sandwiches, and pizza.
