1900 Park Fare will be going thru a rehab during our visit, so we booked ADR's at the Grand Floridian Cafe for dinner.
Dinner at 1900 was a buffet with Cinderella hosting, but I see that the Cafe will offer a pre-plated meal instead.
Does anyone know what menu items will be at the Cafe, and will Cinderella still be there ?

Yes, the characters will be moving to the Cafe during the rehab. They will not be serving the usual Cafe meals, instead, they'll be offering pre-plated options from what they had at 1900 Park Faire. You can call the 407-WDW-DINE number and they can read you the menu options over the phone.
