How long would you estimate it takes from stepping off of the plane until arriving at your resort (specifically, Poly in Dec) using Magical Express?

It took us 75 min from touchdown to arrival. I think the average is about 90 minutes, though they say to allow up to 2 hours.

In December 2005, we were just over an hour from the time the plane arrived at the gate until the bus pulled into POFQ. We were the second stop.

If there is a line in the resort queue have your party get in line while one person checks in at the ME Desk.

ME is fairly efficient.

My guess is that if you had no bags and hopped right into a cab you could be at your resort in about 30 minutes depending on which resort.

So take that into account a 60-90 minute transition upon entering the terminal is not too bad.

The reported average time from airplane exit to resort drop-off is 70 minutes. Your mileage may vary.

The two times I did it, it was 63 minutes and 56 minutes.

Since there are no pre-set bus routes and no pre-set groupings of resorts on buses, it's impossible to say there is a set amount of time it takes to get to a particular resort.
